Now that the dust has settled after Saturday night, I just wanted to get in touch and thank you for all yours and Ruth's hard work. Our guests loved the food and haven't stopped complimenting us since ! Everything about the evening was perfect and we were especially impressed with the short notice changes you made to the menu to accommodate a guests dietary requirements and of course the extra touch to pudding to recognise that it was my wife's birthday, she loved it and we felt truly spoilt.
Your relaxed but professional approach means that I will definitely recommend you and your team to anyone wanting to do something similar in the future and hope to find an excuse to use Bury St Edibles again !
We hired Josh to cater for a stag do, with the aim to deliver a classy but affordable meal. He delivered and then some, with incredible locally sourced produce - particularly the venison - and was really keen to talk through each of the courses. He clearly had a real passion for food and was also very accommodating for some awkward dietary requirements. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking for a high end meal delivered in the comfort of your own home!
